Reach out to us to book an in-home or showroom consultation with one of our friendly designers. We'll chat about your ideas, timeframe, and budget, and take some measurements or look over your plans. After our meeting, we’ll put together some concept drawings to help bring your vision to life.

Step 2. Explore Your Options

Join us in the showroom to review your concept drawings and talk through all the exciting design options, materials, and finishes. Our showroom is full of inspiration and samples to explore, and after this meeting, we’ll happily provide a no-obligation quote.

Step 3. Final Details & Sign Off

We will reconvene in the showroom to review your quote and confirm that the proposed concept and selections meet your expectations.

Step 4. Double-Check & Deposit

We’ll make a final site visit to confirm all the details and measurements. Once everything’s set, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit so we can start ordering your materials.

Step 5. Crafting Your Kitchen

Now the fun really begins! Our skilled team will start building your custom cabinetry at our factory. You’re always welcome to stop by and see your kitchen taking shape. At this stage, a 40% progress payment will be required prior to cabinetry leaving the factory.

Step 6. Installation Day.

Our installation team will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient start date and let you know what to expect and if you or your builder needs to organise any other trades to be involved. The last 10% payment is due once everything is beautifully installed and you’re delighted with your new kitchen.
